See it all—and hear it, too
BusSecure records video from one to four cameras per bus, plus synchronized
audio—so you can see and hear what happens on any bus. You can mount the
vandal-resistant cameras both inside and outside the bus, to see each
student walking up to the bus, getting on, sitting down, exiting—and
everything in between. You record who boards the bus each day, as well as
exactly where each student got off the bus. Digital recording provides
clearer images and longer storage than VCR systems, and GE Security provides

Store days—or weeks—of images
BusSecure stores several days or even weeks of recorded images. Crisp
digital images make identification easy, and searching recorded video is
fast and simple. You can access the evidence you're looking for in seconds.
There are three ways you can access recorded video:
 | Take a laptop to the bus and connect to BusSecure to
view images; |
| Remove the portable hard drive and plug it into a
viewing station in your office; or |
| Use wireless technology to view recorded images without
ever leaving your desk. |
Recover information and resolve incidents
BusSecure even records speed, braking and safety signal data. For example,
you can search specifically for video of any time the bus exceeded 45 mph,
or you can go directly to images of any time the stop-sign arm was extended.
You can also connect panic buttons and impact sensors—when they're
triggered, the recorder automatically marks images of the event so you can
search directly for them. In an accident situation, BusSecure gives you a
complete set of video, audio and data to determine exactly what happened,
and when.
