Very positive individual, polite with an information transfer that was easily understood.
Components were professionally installed. Even, level and all electrical wiring was well tie wrapped and supported.
A request for extra cable at key points in the basement was completed as requested and tied back in a quality manner with tie wraps.
Clean up in all areas affective by the installation was excellent.
I had occasion to view the van's storage area. As anticipated, the area was neat, well organized, with materials, tools and ladders segregated and easily accessible. To me this only added to the overall work quality and pride of ownership that Dave provided to us.

"We recently received a call from a client who had us install our CareGuard medic alert system in her mother's home. The elderly lady wasn't happy about having the system installed at first but quickly learned to appreciate the importance of it. She has a condition that causes the skin to break down and as a result her blood vessels are close to the surface of the skin. One day upon immersing her feet in water in order to soak them, several veins in both legs punctured through the skin and burst. She pressed the help button and we dispatched the ambulance who got there before the daughter who lives nearby. The daughter said that she just had to call to let us know that CareGuard and the quick response by our dispatch centre saved her mother's life and that she wanted to thank everyone involved. My husband and I ( Gary and Suzanne Wishak ) recently had a security system installed by your company. We felt compelled to share with you that your installers did an incredible job. In fact your entire team, consisting of Daniel, Bill and Dave were very impressive. You should be very proud of the high caliber of proficiency that your staff displayed. We were always notified as to when things would be done and if they said they were coming at a certain time, they would be there. (Very rare these days ). Bill was most patient with us when explaining how to operate the system.
