The staff is incredible and they really go the extra mile in support of various charities. They donate financially and substantially of their time. Staff is involved at every level of the agencies from front line volunteers to committee members to board members.

Every year more than 50% of the staff donates to the United Way through the payroll deduction plan. And the company matches it dollar for dollar.

And sometimes the participation is a great "fun" event. We have had charity BBQs, walkathons, yard sales and even a dunk tank all with the proceeds going to charity.
